The Lead Library Endowment Board is made up of up to 7 volunteers dedicated to raise funds to continually improve our library. When the library director comes to us and asks, “May I have money to purchase a new magazine rack?” We want to be able to say, “YES”! And with the continued fundraising efforts and the over $50,000 already raised in the past 10-ish years, we are able to do just that.

The board is always looking for new volunteers and board members, so if this is something you might be interested in, please contact us and let us know!

The Lead Library Endowment Board raises funds to go above and beyond the basics. Tax payer dollars buy the books and keep the lights on.

Some library projects we have supported:
• Children’s section remodel
• Major furniture purchases, including new computer desks & circulation desk
• Children’s programming  supplies
• Don’t forget the Keurig!

Libraries are more than just happy places that provide us with our favorite books. Libraries also serve as community spaces, assist us with taxes or voter registration, homework help, programs, and access to technology for people who might not have any. Please consider being a Friend of the Library to ensure that we can continue providing the same exemplary service and programs to our community.
